If Plant-based Wellness Experience at Mack’s Farm is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee or have the option to use your ticket at a different date where space is available.

If you are unable to attend, you may give your ticket to someone.

If you cancel: Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 5 days before a scheduled event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the event.

Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee or you may transfer to a different date, where space is available, without penalty.

Cancellations made within 3 - 4 days will incur a 30% fee or, you may transfer to a different date, where space is available, without penalty.

If your cancellation is less than 3 days in advance, you will not receive a refund but may receive a gift certificate to attend a future event. We will do our best to accommodate your needs

If your cancellation requests are made within 24 hours of the event date/time you will not receive a refund or a transfer.
