Registration Process Instructions

1. Complete the Online Registration Form:
   • Each Participant above 7 years of age must complete an online registration form individually.
   • If you register multiple participants and intend to pay for the group, please use the same email address for each registration. E.g. If you are registering for 3 participants, please transfer 35x3=105 Euros. In transfer remarks, add your Phone number + 3 ppl.
2. Make Payment:
   • To confirm your reservation, please complete the payment within 48 hours of submitting your registration.
   • When making the bank transfer, use the email address you registered with as the payment reference.

3. Receive Confirmation and Ticket:
   • Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
   • Your ticket will be sent to the email address and phone number provided during registration.

Children under 7 years are admitted for free, while those who are 7 years and older need to have a ticket.

Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available.

If an event is canceled/postponed, we will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the booking fee.

Event organizers & the Venue staff reserve the right to ask any guest to leave or remove them from the venue for any reason we see as inappropriate and for the successful running of our event.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy on harassment. Anti-social behavior is unacceptable at our event. Adhere to all the rules of the venue.

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizers.

By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. These materials may be used by Organizers for promotional purposes without compensation to attendees.

The following items are prohibited at the event: weapons, illegal substances, Alcoholic beverages, professional photography equipment, and any other items deemed inappropriate by event security.
